大學(xué)生活即將結(jié)束，我也即將步入社會(huì)。為了給將來(lái)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，今年的3月1日，懷著期盼和喜悅的心情，我來(lái)到了自己的母校，開(kāi)始了為期七周的實(shí)習(xí)生活。

1.聽(tīng)課
聽(tīng)課是教師的一項(xiàng)必不可少的、經(jīng)常性的職責(zé)與任務(wù)。聽(tīng)課有利于教學(xué)者之間相互學(xué)習(xí)，相互取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，共同提高，共同前進(jìn)，有利于轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)思想，更新教學(xué)觀念，提高教學(xué)水平，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。在試講前的聽(tīng)課，是必不可少的一個(gè)過(guò)程。在此過(guò)程中，可以了解到什么樣的教學(xué)形式，教學(xué)風(fēng)格利于學(xué)生吸收。在實(shí)習(xí)期間，我就初一、初二、初三有選擇性的聽(tīng)了五位老師共五堂課。在聽(tīng)課的過(guò)程中，我讓自己進(jìn)入到“學(xué)生”的角色，從學(xué)生角度，按學(xué)生水平去聽(tīng)課，并思考如果我就是學(xué)生那種認(rèn)識(shí)能力和理解能力，我能否聽(tīng)得懂，學(xué)得會(huì)。站在學(xué)生的立場(chǎng)去理解課堂。同時(shí)，我也讓自己進(jìn)入到“教學(xué)者”的角色，思考，如果讓我來(lái)上一堂課，我該怎么做。將講課者的教法與自己的構(gòu)思進(jìn)行比較，從中找到自己欠缺之處。從這些老師的課堂中，我了解到了目前英語(yǔ)教科書(shū)的形式與特色，學(xué)生的基本情況，各個(gè)老師的教學(xué)風(fēng)格特色，為自己的試講做好準(zhǔn)備。
2．備課
充分備課是上好課的前提，提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量和效果，首先要抓好備課這一環(huán)。教學(xué)實(shí)踐表明，教師在備課上所花工夫的多少直接影響授課的質(zhì)量。備課作為教師課前準(zhǔn)備的過(guò)程，亦是教師提高知識(shí)水平和教學(xué)能力、總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的'過(guò)程。在備課之前，我請(qǐng)教了辦公室的幾位老師如何備課，并學(xué)習(xí)了他們的備課記錄本。之后，我仔細(xì)思考了教科書(shū)的組織，在腦中構(gòu)思一堂課的過(guò)程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指導(dǎo)老師看過(guò)之后，我們一起改進(jìn)了其中較為欠缺之處。我的第一份教案在經(jīng)過(guò)多次修改之后終于通過(guò)。此后我又寫(xiě)過(guò)五份教案，每份教案都經(jīng)指導(dǎo)老師檢查后我才運(yùn)用到實(shí)際教學(xué)中。
我深切體驗(yàn)到設(shè)計(jì)教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗體力也耗腦力，同時(shí)也是一件頗藝術(shù)的工作。經(jīng)過(guò)良久的冥思苦想，忽然頭腦開(kāi)竅，一個(gè)思路出來(lái)了，一個(gè)問(wèn)題解決了，那種成就感、興奮感是不言而喻的。
3.試講
我一共進(jìn)行了兩次試講，每次大約20分鐘。第一次試講講的是課本內(nèi)容，，另一次使講解課后作業(yè)。3月22日，我在初一六班進(jìn)行了一次試講。上課內(nèi)容是Starter Unit4：what’s this in English?由于第一次上課沒(méi)有太多經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我在教學(xué)風(fēng)格上部分模仿了我的指導(dǎo)老師，此外也添加一些自己的內(nèi)容。比如，為了吸引學(xué)生的興趣，我將簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà)與口語(yǔ)練習(xí)相結(jié)合，并以此復(fù)習(xí)學(xué)生們已經(jīng)學(xué)過(guò)的單詞。我的第一次試講取得了較好的效果，指導(dǎo)老師也給予了肯定。當(dāng)然，還是存在一些不足，比如，由于緊張，我犯了一個(gè)口頭錯(cuò)誤，在讓學(xué)生做練習(xí)的時(shí)候少加了一句重要的句型。在課堂后，我在教室后面檢查板書(shū)，發(fā)現(xiàn)板書(shū)格式不太規(guī)范。在與指導(dǎo)老師以及其他幾位聽(tīng)課老師交流后，我將自己的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)都記下，為下次講課做改進(jìn)。

一、想當(dāng)一名好老師不容易
做一名老師容易，做一名好老師的確很難。教學(xué)工作復(fù)雜而又繁瑣。首先，要管理好整個(gè)班集體，提高整體教學(xué)水平。然后，又要顧及班中的每一名學(xué)生，不能讓一名學(xué)生落伍。這就要求教師不能只是為了完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，還要多關(guān)心、留意學(xué)生，經(jīng)常與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流，給予學(xué)生幫助。做學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)上的良師，生活中的益友。
二、自信很重要
盡管我在初中時(shí)，曾經(jīng)在班里講過(guò)初中語(yǔ)文一片閱讀篇目，但是當(dāng)時(shí)畢竟是作為學(xué)生講課，這次使作為老師來(lái)實(shí)戰(zhàn)，多少還是緊張。再次，初為人師，總是有些緊張。第一次講課事，我?guī)е邼c忐忑抱著課本和教案走上講臺(tái)時(shí)，面對(duì)那么多雙眼睛時(shí)，我當(dāng)時(shí)確實(shí)有點(diǎn)緊張了。我在講臺(tái)上，在幾秒鐘時(shí)間內(nèi)，深呼吸了幾下，同時(shí)在心中暗自對(duì)自己說(shuō)；你能行！終須把情緒穩(wěn)定下來(lái)，還好事前的充分準(zhǔn)備和大學(xué)的學(xué)生干部經(jīng)歷在關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻發(fā)揮了作用，再加上同學(xué)們對(duì)著我微笑的鼓勵(lì)，我所有的緊張都在這一瞬間消失了，透過(guò)那一雙雙澄澈的眼睛，我也似乎讀到了那一顆顆純凈的心，順利地完成了教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
三、教學(xué)要講究方法
學(xué)生接觸新知識(shí)使需要時(shí)間和理解，因此，在教學(xué)過(guò)程中要講究正確的方法。精講多練是我采取的一個(gè)鞏固學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學(xué)做好筆記，掌握知識(shí)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，然后給予他們更多的時(shí)間練習(xí)加以鞏固，課后留有適當(dāng)不同層次的作業(yè)讓不同層次的學(xué)生去練習(xí)，這樣通過(guò)精講，多練，讓學(xué)生在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中掌握知識(shí)，在練的過(guò)程中鞏固知識(shí)。同時(shí)，我又讓每位同學(xué)準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)錯(cuò)題本，在我每次評(píng)講習(xí)題的過(guò)程中，把他們易錯(cuò)的習(xí)題和知識(shí)點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)記在錯(cuò)題本上，以便于平時(shí)有重點(diǎn)地去記憶和理解。事實(shí)證明，這一方法切實(shí)可行，也行之有效。
四、聽(tīng)課對(duì)新教師至關(guān)重要

The week long National Day holiday which started from Oct. I has become not only an occasion for celebrating the birth of the nation but also a time for people to relax. After all, under great pressure every day, everyone longs to slow down and rediscover the real fun of life.
My only hope for the week long holiday was also to relax myself well, instead of playing well. I slept until the sun was shinning above, ate my favorite food which I scarcely have because of their high calorie, and enjoyed different kinds of films from day to night.

As a part of the International Music Fireworks Festival, the performance of music fireworks, designed by the Swedish artists, was staged at Century Park in Pudong on the night of October 3.
The scene, a spectacular combination of fireworks exploding in harmony with the music, made powerful visual and audio impact on me. The artists selected for the performance various pieces of music, including classical music by Beethoven and Strauss, some representative popular compositions such as "My Heart Will Go on". With the music, the fireworks were set off in different formations. I could admire the fireworks in the sky as well as their reflections in the water.
Arising from the River surface to the height of 300 meters in the sky, multi-layered and rich colored fireworks formulated an extremely spectacular picture. One of the most eye catchers was that nearly 1000 sparkling pieces of fireworks along the surface of the water formed a red carpet with 80 meters long and 250 meters wide. At the same time, a 10 meter-high waterfall firework rushed downwards the bridge across Jingtian Lake and simultaneously the red lantern shaped fireworks filled the sky. It really took me on a romantic tour as the fireworks explode.
