　　Yesterday our grade held a sports meeting. we have six classes in our grade. all the classes did very well.

　　In the boys 100-metre race, i.jn i.in from class 2 won the first.At first,zhang lin from our class and i.in %ao from class 1 were neck and neck. lin lin fell behind,but,finally he tried his best and came out first.

　　In the girls 100-metre race,mei mei ran the fastest,and zhang fang from class 4 and li ming from class 5 were both fell behind.But they tried their best, and that was enough.

　　In the high jump,when jin ling jumped 1.80 metres high,all the classes stood up and cried,well done!congratulations!But liu tao from our class also did very well,he jumped 1.71 metres high and chen hao,1.56 metres high.

　　In the long jump, zhang ming from class 2 was the top.He jumped 7.78 metres long.Zhou ping and gao lin from class 4 and class 6 were both very good.

　　Finally, our class won the second.We were all very happy.

　　Our headmaster told us to do our best in everything.

　　Our school usually holds a spring sports meeting each year. The spring sports meet this year was held last Friday. Many students took an active part in it. So did I.

　　The sports meet began at eight o'clock. After the opening, all kinds of races, both field-events and track-events, started one after another. I took part in the 1500-metre race. I felt a little nervous before the contest began because it was the first time that I had run at a school sports meet.

　　運動會八點開始，開幕式之后，各田賽和競賽項目陸續(xù)開始。我參加1500米長跑，比賽前我有些緊張，因為這是我第一次參加校運動會項目。

　　My roommates stood around me, encouraging me," Come on. You were the winner of our grade in the Long-distance Competition last time. Be brave!" On hearing the shot of the starting gun, I shot from the starting point.

　　同學(xué)們圍在我身邊鼓勵我：“振作精神，你是我們年級上次越野長跑冠軍，勇敢些!”聽到槍聲，我從起跑線沖出。

　　I ran at a medium speed at the beginning because there was a long way to go and I had to maintain my strength. As soon as there was only 400 meters left, I began to quicken my speed. I caught up with other runners soon and won first place in the end. There was only one step between the second place and me!

　　開始時我以中等速度跑著，因為前面的路還長，我得保持體力。只剩400米時，我開始加速。很快我趕上了其他對手，終于奪得第一名，與第二名僅差一步。

　　My classmates ran to me, shouting and saying congratulations. I was very excited. It was also the last time for me to compete in my senior high school, for I will finish my high school in two months. I will never forget it.

　　同學(xué)們跑過來祝賀，我非常激動，這也是我高中階段的最后一個運動會，因為再有兩個月我就高中畢業(yè)了，這次運動會讓我難以忘懷。

　　Then we have the 50 meters dash, I won the secound.Peter who was in class 7 grade 4 won the first place.Then it's 200 meters running.I ran the first place.

　　After I finishe my dash running, I went to have the long jump. Michele tried, but Jennifer jump further than Michele, Peter jumped further than the two, finally I jump the furthest.

　　Next we have the relay race。We have eight people to have the competition.I'm the first, so I can ran as fast as I can.The other people tried their best to run, and I tried the best, so I'm proud of me, finally we can just get the sixth, but I'm happy say, we all tried the best.

　　What an interesting sports meeting that I'll never forget.
