接著，我們出了教室，參觀起了育英二外。雖然外面雪花飄飛，但我們依然興致勃勃。在參觀過(guò)程中，我們也在學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)單詞。因?yàn)槊總�(gè)教室的標(biāo)牌上，不但有中文，還有英文呢，休息室的標(biāo)牌上就寫著“l(fā)ounge”，還有很多我不認(rèn)識(shí)的單詞，在參觀過(guò)程中，我都學(xué)會(huì)了。不僅如此，我們?cè)谟龅揭恍┨貏e的事物時(shí)，也學(xué)會(huì)了不少單詞，在看到一些教室的.門上掛著玩具圣誕老人時(shí)，billy就問(wèn)我們它用英文該怎么表達(dá)。我們有的說(shuō)是“christmasman”,有的說(shuō)是“christmas father”,可惜都不對(duì)。最終，還是billy揭開(kāi)了答案，應(yīng)該是“santa claus”。這時(shí)，我們才恍然大悟，我相信，我們以后再也不會(huì)記錯(cuò)了。

Unless it is overwhelming, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and stimulation. With out stress, you may slack off and idle away your time. It gives purpose and meaning to an otherwise meaningless, dull life. People under stress tend to bring their potential into full play and to realize their goals.
In my opinion, we shouldn‘t escape from stress but to face it as it is. What we can do is to adapt to the stress and to profit from it rather than to avoid it.
