I really had a great and interesting summer vacation. I did my homework every day so I finished doing my homework ten days before the new term. I also played table tennis and basketball with my friends every day. I sometimes went to movies and went to the parks with my friends. I surfed the internet, read books and watched TV every evening. I visited my grandparents and helped them with the housework, too. I helped my parents clean the room and cook meals. I also take a tennis course and now I can play tennis very well.The most important was that my parents and I went to Hannan Island and we spent a week there. I really had a wonderful summer vacation.

When you make a mistake, the last thing you want to do is run from it. Rather, accept it. There is much value to be had when you claim it. The mistake has been made, so make the most of it. Pay the price, learn the lesson, and grow that much stronger.

Recently there has been a discussion regarding the issue of knowl-edge in the newspaper. As can be seen from the picture, knowledge is symbolized by a clenched fist as power. The fist sends out a message for "obedience", threatening to crack with power any hard nut. The more demanding and challenging a task is, the more powerful the fist seems to grow. Similarly, knowledge, the strongest power for human beings, feeds up the field of science and technology. The more ad- vanced and developed a field is, the more profound knowledge seems to become.
A specific example is the dunaping of Mir, Russia's space station. As is the case of the Russian space program, the country could no longer afford to keep Mir aloft in orbit because of lack Of financial support. Therefore, Rus-sia decided to dump the space station. The effect is both immediate and far-reaching. As far as the present is concerned, the successful launching and dumping of IVrLr has proved to the world that mankind, armed with pro-fca. md knowledge, cannot just build things but can operate them welt. （一）命題規(guī)律
1。大綱要求
能就一定的話題或提綱在半小時內(nèi)寫出120—150詞的短文；能寫短信和便條，表達清楚，無重大語言錯誤。
2。評分原則
1）作文是否體現(xiàn)主題思想
作文要體現(xiàn)主題思想，即是要求文章切題，全文統(tǒng)一，無不相關(guān)細節(jié)內(nèi)容。
2）組織結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理
組織結(jié)構(gòu)合理主要體現(xiàn)在全文條理清楚，組織連貫和諧，善于使用銜接語以增強文章的邏輯性。
3）語法文字是否有重大失誤
正確使用英語語法是英語學習的一個重要目的，而體現(xiàn)在寫作中，則是語句合乎英語語法習慣，一篇充斥著語法錯誤的習作讓人難以下讀，也不可能獲得高分。（所以如果語法還不是很好的話，應(yīng)該多看一些語法書籍。）
4）卷面布局是否整潔
（a）字體端正清晰，易于辨識（因為大量閱卷，所以閱卷人不會花太多時間，精力來辨認你潦草的字跡，所以千萬注意了�。�
�。╞）規(guī)范大小寫，詞間空格，正確使用標點符號（這與平日的注意細節(jié)分不開，所以要從平時就開始注意起來）
�。╟）注意各種題材短文寫作的格式，比如：信的寫作格式等
（d）避免拼寫錯誤，減少涂改
�。╡）短文寫作千萬別從頭到尾只寫一、兩段，否則也得不了高分
3。評分標準
英語寫作題滿分為15分，評分標準分為五等：
2分—條理不清，思路紊亂，語言支離破碎或大部分句子均有錯誤，且多數(shù)為嚴重錯誤，字跡潦草
5分—基本切題。表達思想不清楚，連貫性差。有較多嚴重語言錯誤。
8分—基本切題。有些地方表達思想不夠清楚，文字勉強連貫；語言錯有一些嚴重錯誤，句子單調(diào)。
11分—切題。表達思想清楚，文字連貫，但有少量語言錯誤。
14分—切題。表達思想清楚，文字通順，連貫性較好�；緹o語言錯誤。
另外，字數(shù)不達到要求，也要酌情扣分：
累計字數(shù)：90—99（扣1分）；80—89（扣2分）；70—79（扣3分）；60—69（扣4分）
注：如題目已給出主題句，其實句，結(jié)束句，均不能記入所寫字數(shù)
（二）做題技巧
1。審題
拿到作文后第一件事就是審題，（如果跑題，條理和語言再好，也得不到及格分，甚至0分）
�。�1）體裁
審題就是要審作文的體裁和題材。體裁決定題材。體裁包括：議論文，說明文和描述文。從近年來看，四級作文是幾種體裁的'混合體。
�。�2）根據(jù)不同體裁確定寫作方法
四級作文大都是三段式
議論文：要有論點和論據(jù)，而且往往從正反兩面來論述
說明文：從幾方面或幾條來說明一個問題。
描述文：以”人”為中心描述一個”做”的過程
2。主題句
審題后，知道了寫作的思路，下邊就是怎么寫了。第一步寫主題句，寫主題句最可靠的方法就是把題目中的各要求句譯成英語。
3。條理清晰
議論文：正反面論述清楚
說明文：1，2，3條要清楚
描述文：誰干什么要清楚
為了使文章更具條理性，我們可以用first（ly），second（ly），third（ly），它們使文章的條理性更加突出。而諸如To begin with，…After that，…And then，…The next，…The following，…At last…這樣的詞語最好不用，因為他們不利于閱卷老師（每分卷子只有一兩分鐘就要閱完）看出文章的條理。
4。一二一作文法
四級作文要求120詞左右。四級作文大都是三段式。如果我們在每段中寫上四句話，即主題句+兩句擴展句+一個結(jié)論句（可記作”一二一”），每一句十多個詞，這樣就剛好超過120詞。
同時，也不能寫得太多，寫得多容易跑題。避免寫成流水賬的方法是不要再對前一句中的一個非重點詞再進行描述。如感覺字數(shù)不夠，就在每一句或某些句子上添加次要的修飾詞就行了。
