First of all, there are more than a few fake specialists in China. These fake specialists pretend to be professional in the public. Some of the immoral advertisers use money to hire the fake specialists to be their products spokesmen. Then the consumer will fall for the beautiful lies the so called specialists tell them. The truth is that the real specialists are forbidden to take up these kinds of ads; they should stay in their labs and do experiments. Second, the real specialists are quite intelligent and they are able to solve many problems. They can teach us lots of knowledge that we ever learn from the textbooks. For instance, they may teach us how to stay in good health through eating particular food, or the effective way to reduce stress. The most important thing is the words they say are proved to be true. In this case, we can believe in the specialists.
as we all know, one’s life is full of unexpected events, some of which are wonderful and some of which are disastrous. those heavy blows, such as, floods, snowstorms, and earthquakes, threaten to weigh one down.
however, it’s even worse if one can’t drag himself out of the grief in that break-down in the sprit is more serious than the disaster itself. instead of indulging oneself in sadness, one should be positive of life and contribute to the reconstruction of the hometown.
as to me, if i am not the victim of a disaster, i will try my best to help those who are suffering by donation blood or money. if i am a victim, i will try my best to recover from the sadness as soon as possible and try to be strong and supportive to the recovery work.
Facing changes
As is known tous, we live in an ever-changing world. It’s pretty difficult to imagine whatthe world would be when human beings facing no change.
There’s no doubt that there are good changesand bad changes. On the one hand, we feel relieved when the changes are good tous. On the other hand, we often complain everything when facing bad changes.Shakespeare once said “To be, or not to be: that is the question.” Similarly, Iwant to point out “to change or not to change: that is not a question!” Afterfinishing reading the book “Who Moved My Cheese”, I am deeply aware of thesignificance of changing. While the story is simple, its symbolic implicationsturn out to be exceedingly profound and thought-provoking.
First andforemost, the author tried to tell us that we'll find out new cheese if we movetowards a new direction. Furthermore, the quick you let go of old “cheese”, thesooner you find new “cheese”. I firmly believe that we should be ready tochange at any times and we should take notice of the small changes happeningaround us. For instance, Apple Inc. is an enviable company. When Steve Jobsobserved the small changes in the mobile market, he gave the old ideas andwelcomed the new positive changes, thus he succeeded.
From my point of view, we should do our bestto find the changes around us. In a word, to change or not to change is not aquestion. What we need to do is just making our minds to challenge ourselves, finding the changes and to change them in a positive way. Only in this way canwe succeed!
You may need more sleep than you think.
Research by Henry Ford Hospital Sleep Disorders Center found that people who slept eight hours and then claimed they were "well rested" actually performed better and were more alert if they slept another two hours. That figures. Until the invention of the lightbulb , the average person slumbered 10 hours a night.
Night owls are more creative.
Artists, writers, and coders typically fire on all cylinders by crashing near dawn and awakening at the crack of noon. In one study, "evening people" almost universally slam-dunked a standardized creativity test. Their early-bird brethren struggled for passing scores.
Rising early is stressful.
The stress hormone cortisol peaks in your blood around 7 am. So if you get up then, you may experience tension. Grab some extra Zs! You’ll wake up feeling less like Bert, more like Ernie.
Have you ever seen where the first snow flake folly Is it on the country road, on the branch of an old oak tree, on the wheat fields in the plain, or between the peaks of the mountain range?
See the snowflakes leaping, dancing like flowers in the whirling wind. The flowers have six angles. Sometimes they are like stars. Sometimes they are only white dots, and they keep on falling gently in silence.
Without your knowing it, the fields, houses, trees and the whole earth are enwloped in a thin coat of snow. I love snow, because it is saintly pure.
Winter differs from the other seasons in that it is not as warmag spring, neither as hot as summer, nor as sad as autumn. The snowflake has her own grace and inspiration. It seems tender, yet it is amazingly attractive.
The snowflakes are flying here and there and everywhere. It seems as if they are little stars in the universe moving along their own orbit. Look! What a spotless silvery world, how great, how magnificent!
Away from the crowds of people,I stroll alone in the snow. Standing in the snow, flakes of snow float over my head, kissing me on the cheecks and falling on my eyebrow. Some make their way into my collar and some tall into my mouth. It tastes sweet.
Looking at this silver white world, thoughts well up in my mind. I feel as if I had become a part of them
Mobile Phone
Being a product of high-technology,mobile phones are being more and more widely used. It's small in size, light in weight and easy to carry, offering fast and convenient service for communication. It's of multi-function. The users use it for calling, sending short messages and internet-surfing.
In recent years, mobile phones have become popular among middle school students. Quite a few use them at school to keep in touch with their families and friends instead of writing letters, which, of course brings convenience to them. But I don't think it's good to do so.
In spite of the advantage mentioned above, student users often waste a lot of time chatting over the phone in their spare time, some even use them to cheat in exams. In addition, mobile phone bill is also a heavy burden on students' families.

A nice cool shower first thing in the morning wakes me up completely and leaves me refreshed. Before taking the shower, I am usually so sleepy that I can hardly open my eyes. As soon as I splash cold water over my face and body, I wake up with a pleasurable sensation. Then, as I stand there under the gushing showerhead, feeling the coolness of water over my body and listening to the sound of water gurgling down the drain, I feel totally refreshed and relaxed. I enjoy taking morning showers. It is the best way I know to get the day off to a good start.

I Am Not the Little Princess
I am a lazy girl, when my mother asks me to help her with her housework, I will find some excuses and then run away. Someday, my mother says to me that I am a little princess, then I am very angry, I argue that I am not a princess. Since then, I am not lazy anymore, I just want to show to my mom that I can be a useful person.
