　　從前，我是一個對英語一竅不通的人。而今，我經(jīng)過了一番努力，終于學(xué)會了英語。

　　自從我被送到少年宮學(xué)習(xí)英語后，我的英語水平逐漸提高了。那是我第一次舉手發(fā)言——我費(fèi)勁心思練習(xí)讀好了一篇英語課文后，十分想朗讀給老師和同學(xué)們聽聽，但我又沒有這樣的勇氣。原本我是想放棄，可是如果就這樣白白浪費(fèi)一次機(jī)會，那可多不劃算呀。這可是表現(xiàn)自我的一次大好機(jī)會。經(jīng)過心里的一番思想斗爭，我的手終于舉起來了！此時，我的心都快緊張得要蹦出來啦！突然，少年宮的老師叫我起來讀課文，當(dāng)時我嚇了一跳。我慢慢的地嘗試著讓我的身體離開椅子。當(dāng)我開始滔滔不絕地朗讀課文時，我的害怕、顧慮都拋到九霄云外了。待我坐下后，我為自己捏了一把冷汗。此刻，我的`心情依然平靜不下來。我想：我這次在全班同學(xué)面前一定出丑了！不料，老師點(diǎn)了點(diǎn)頭，臉上露出滿意的笑容。我心里沉重的大石頭終于放下了！我不禁沉寂在歡樂和喜悅之中。因為這是我第一次邁向英語成功的步伐。自從這次的發(fā)言后，我對自己更加有信心了�？煲�期末時，我還代表我們班（少年宮的）參加了“英語口語大賽”。那次比賽，我發(fā)揮出了我最好的水平。雖說沒有拿到好的名次，但這也是一種自我的挑戰(zhàn)。

　　we always start off with stretching because it's important to warm up。then we do some jumping jacks and other exercises before jogging around the track。after that the real fun begins。we divide up into teams and compete at different sports。basketball and dodge ball are my favorite games。there's no pressure to win。we just have fun while strengthening our bodies。that's why i like pe class so much。
