保護眼睛 Protecting Our Eyes

　　Eyes are the window of our souls. Through our eyes, we can see this colorful world. So, it is very important to protect our eyes. As middle school students, we have to read a lot of books and do endless homework. Sometimes we play too many computer games and don’t have enough time to rest. Our eyes will be very tired. I think there are some useful ways for us to protect our eyes. First of all, we should do eye exercise every day; second, we can eat more vegetables and fruits. Last but not least, we should do more exercise. Everybody should pay more attention to their eyes. Only in this way we can live a happy life.

　　眼睛是心靈的窗戶。通過我們的眼睛，我們看到了這個五彩繽紛的世界。所以，保護眼睛很重要。作為一名初中生，我們要看很多的書寫很多的作業(yè)。有時候我們玩太多的電腦游戲，眼睛都得不到休息。這樣，眼睛會很累。我認(rèn)為有幾個方法可以讓我們好好保護眼睛。首先，每天都做眼保健操。其二，每天都吃蔬菜水果。最后一點，每天都做運動。每個人都應(yīng)該好好的保護自己的眼睛，這樣才能過得更好。
