Once we begin to care about real people around us, we will suddenly find ourselves living in a community that also cares about us. This experience is much more rewarding than having thousands of virtual friends who do not really know us. At the same time, all media should be fully aware of their share of responsibility in this problem, and try to bring more positive stories about the city life.
