　　首先，經(jīng)驗是現(xiàn)實生活中使用外語的機會。當(dāng)一個人在家里學(xué)外語，效果無法用語言的學(xué)習(xí)與生活中不斷的使用比較。有沒有更好的機會來改善二語能力比生活在母語國家。生活在說英語的國家，如美國和澳大利亞幾年，比如，我的英語為母語的人將是完美的。

　　第二，國外生活和學(xué)習(xí)提供給我一個不同的世界觀。在大學(xué)校園里，外國學(xué)生很可能遭遇來自不同國家和地區(qū)的同行和接觸到不同的思想和價值觀。這讓我有一個有意義的理解不同的社會中，不可避免地看見我自己的國家，在一個新的光。
