My hometown is Midu. It is a small but beautiful country. It is in the southwest of YunNan Province. Midu has a long history .It has a song named “Xiao He tang shui”, it is widely acclaimed as “the Oriental Serenade” .It is very beautiful here. There are four different seasons here. They are spring, summer autumn and winter. Spring is the most beautiful among them.
Spring is the season full of hopes. Everything begins to growing. You can see green things here and there. The birds sing songs happily in the trees, flowers come out ,trees and grasses turn green. At this time we often climb the mountains and pick up flowers. The water in the lakes gets warmer and cleaner. There are several groups of ducks have fun swimming in the lake.
I love my hometown not only for these. But also the people in here are very kind and hard-working. They are busy with their work from morning to night.

Have you been to Midu? My hometown is Midu. It’s a small but beautiful country. It is in the southwest of Yunnan Province.
The people are very friendly and hard-working here. They work all day. Midu is called “the hometown of Huadeng plays”, the song XiaoHe tang shui” is famous all over the world, it is sinning around the world.
Midu is also a wonderful place to take a holiday. Such as TieZhumiao Temple, Tiansheng Bridge and Taiji ding Temple. You can go these places to visit. And Midu is a vegetable kingdom, too. There are many kinds of vegetables are being exported to others countries. Also, the potatoes, taros and garlic of Midu are most famous in our region. This is my hometown.
