動(dòng)物英語(yǔ)作文 篇1
In the past, there have been many endangered animals. Now they are extinct. Does it matter? Has our environment been affected by their absence? Has the quality of our own life been changed? The answer to these questions is "Yes."
It does matter if we destroy an endangered species habitat to develop more farmland, housing or industrial parks. There is a delicate balance of nature. If one small part is removed, it will affect all the other parts. For example, if certain trees are cut down, bats will have no place to roost. If they cannot roost, they cannot breed. If there are no bats, there will be no animal, or bird to eat certain insects that plague our crops.
Our environment has been affected by the absence of certain animals. Certain flowers are pollinated by butterflies which migrate from Canada to Mexico. Some of the breeding grounds of these butterflies were destroyed. Now these flowers are disappearing from certain areas. We will no longer be able to enjoy their beauty.
The quality of our life has been changed. America used to be covered with giant trees. Now we have to visit them in one small park. Rainforests around the world are being cut down to make room for humans. We will never be able to see or study this fragile ecosystem.
I would encourage us humans to look for other alternatives for our farmlands, housing, and industries. We have alternatives; the animals do not.

Many years ago, I liked to go to the zoo very much, because I could see all kinds of animals. But since I learn that the animals should return to the nature and live with freedom, I start to refuse to go to the zoo. I think it is not good for the animals to be prison there. If people not take this for fun, it can help to protect them.

動(dòng)物英語(yǔ)作文 篇4
I went to the Mu zha zoo with my friends last Sunday. It is on the road to Mu zha in taipei. It took us about forty minutes to get there by MRT.There was a big Mcdonalds near by the zoo. There was so many people that it took us some time to buy the tickets.Around the entrance there were many vendors they were selling toys and puppets. We took a look at these verdors and then went inside the zoo.
There were many sections in the zoo, like bird world, the animal area, the penquin house and the koala house. We just follow the crowd and wactched those cute animals. Some animals were cute and funny, such as the parrots:and some others were lazy, like hippos. It was the sunny day so we were take a rest under the tree when it was too hot. After we visited all the sections I like all of the animals in the zoo except for some crazy monkeys.
I was most inpriced by the nocturnal animal house.I usually enjoyed watching those animals because I thought they were cool and beautiful, like the owls.Another reason I like the nocturnal animal house is because it was cool in the house, but everything was a little smelling. We left the zoo in the evening and was still a lot of people outside the zoo.I hope I can come back soon because I think this is a really fun place.

動(dòng)物英語(yǔ)作文 篇6
Zoos are often controversial because many people believe they are necessary or even harmful .If properly managed, I feel that zoos have a lot of value. In fact, I believe zoos are useful in two main ways: educating the general public and advancing scientific research.
Zoos can be wonderfully educational places. They provide a safe, controlled environment to learn about a specific species. Children can feel safe exploring the world of the chimpanzee there, and adults can learn about and see types of birds they’ve never seen before . Unlike in the wild , there’s no worry of being physically harmed by an animal.
Zoos are also important for the research opportunities they provide. Research is safer and easier to conduct than in the wild. Scientists can feel secure in the confined area of the Zoo. For example, while conducting a medical experiment in an open field ,scientists have to worry about both the animal they have to worked with, and also other animals nearby .In zoos, however ,they need only worry about the research subject.
In the wilderness, animals are also much harder to track and monitor. Zoos make research less time-consuming and expensive. Long term follows-ups are easier too, since even with monitors, wild animals often are killed and disappear. In zoos, researchers can observe an animal’s entire life span.
Overall , I feel that properly managed zoos provide excellent opportunities for education and research, and are therefore very useful .

Animals are friends of human beings. Most of them are lovely. I like giraffe the most.
They are very tall and have many brown spots. They have very long necks, so that they can eat the leaves in high trees. Giraffes are gentle and lovely.
They are friendly to people. When I go to the zoo, I always look at them. They move slowly.
I can’t keep it as a pet, because it’s so huge. It’s a big pity.
