　　英語測試對于提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量起著有效的促進(jìn)作用。通過測試一方面教師可以取得教學(xué)工作的信息反饋，另一方面，可以調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，使學(xué)生在今后的測試中不斷發(fā)揚成績，克服缺點，取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的，對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況

　　高質(zhì)量的試卷評講會讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，分析學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況以改進(jìn)教學(xué)，提高教學(xué)效率和教學(xué)效果。有效的評講，能讓學(xué)生找到自己的不足和改進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)的方法。

　　有效地評講英語試卷應(yīng)該堅持三個原則：
