春節(jié)的英語(yǔ)作文 篇2
The Spring Festival is an important festival for our Chinese nation. We should paste Spring Festival couplets, firecracker, shoushou, New Year, etc. Different nationalities have different customs.
Our family changed into new clothes and affixed new Spring Festival couplets to welcome the New Year. In the evening, our whole family eats jiaozi, and the dumpling has a message: money is rolling in. Because dumpling is like a yuan treasure, in ancient times yuanbao is money. The Spring Festival gala is not a must, and there is no Spring Festival gala. Our family sat on the sofa and laughed and watched the gala.
On the first day of the New Year, my father and I sat in our own car, walking on the new road. Although the cold wind was biting, it was still hilarious. When I arrived at my grandmother's house, I had a big red envelope with my grandmother. I thought to myself, I will be rich this year. And then I had a year with my grandma's neighborhood. Then came the big house and came to the big house, like the heaven of the book, the story, the science, the art... After dinner at the uncle's, I received some red envelopes and some books, and I had to digest them a little bit. How happy to be at the big house!

英語(yǔ):
With the passage of time, people's living standard is getting higher and higher, and the Spring Festival has also changed greatly.
Grandfather's pursuit of satiate
Grandpa is very excited about the Spring Festival, because only when the new year comes, can we have a big dinner. If you are lucky, you can still eat a few apples. That kind of sweet feeling is still in the memory of Grandpa. Eat the dinner on New Year's Eve, the whole family are voracious, it seems that all food as long as meat, more delicious than before, they soon disappeared. This is the most full and richest meal of the year!
At that time, not everyone can wear new clothes, as the saying goes: "the new boss, the old second, third in the wash Bubu" Grandpa home, only he can wear new clothes. Other people have to wear their own clean old clothes for the year. Eating dinner, according to the rules of the elders to the age of money, most children can not be expected, 5 cents is enough extravagance.
Daddy wants to eat well
In the days of dad, the living conditions improved a lot. The delicious food on the table increased. Sometimes, a bottle of "the Yanghe River" wine would appear on the table. It will make people's eyes bright. Turtle, shrimp and seafood are coming closer to the Spring Festival table.
Dad to eat delicious food on the table at the dinner on New Year's Eve, but was snubbed aside. Both the old and the old can wear the new clothes they dream of. Gift money is no longer out of reach, five yuan, ten yuan is a piece of cake after dinner, Dad! "One family sat watching the Spring Festival Gala in front of the tv". "Spring Festival Gala" has witnessed the joy and happiness of my father after the Spring Festival.
I pursue culture
"Sesame - high", the twenty-first Century Spring Festival I play new tricks, pay more attention to the green diet culture. The most expensive table is the green and pollution-free wild vegetables. After all, health is the first thing. Buying clothes is not the only thing in the new year, but it can be bought as long as there is need, and the pressure has reached hundreds of years. My father said that 1/4 of my money can be kept by myself so that I can exercise my financial ability. After dinner, I came to the empty space and put up the "full sky star" fireworks. This kind of fireworks is really famous, like the stars all over the sky. The sky blooms in colourful fireworks from time to time, increasing the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival, and even the smell of gunpowder in the air seems to be integrated into the "year's taste"!
Our motherland is constantly changing and developing rapidly. After believing, our Spring Festival must be better!

Chinese New Year is the longest and most important festivity in the Lunar Calendar. The origin of Chinese New Year is itself centuries old and gains significance because of several myths and traditions. Ancient Chinese New Year is a reflection on how the people behaved and what they believed in the most.
Celebrated in areas with large populations of ethnic Chinese, Chinese New Year is considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the new year celebrations of its geographic neighbors, as well as cultures with whom the Chinese have had extensive interaction. These include Koreans (Seollal), Tibetans and Bhutanese (Losar), Mongolians (Tsagaan Sar), Vietnamese , and formerly the Japanese before 1873 (Oshogatsu). Outside of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, Chinese New Year is also celebrated in countries with significant Han Chinese populations, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. In countries such as Australia, Canada and the United States, although Chinese New Year is not an official holiday, many ethnic Chinese hold large celebrations and Australia Post, Canada Post, and the US Postal Service issues New Year's themed stamps.
Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of the Chinese new year vary widely. People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It is also the tradition that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated
with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”, “wealth”, and “l(fā)ongevity”. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper is a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by wishing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. The Chinese New Year tradition is a great way to reconcile forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wish peace and happiness for everyone.
Although the Chinese calendar traditionally does not use continuously numbered years, outside China its years are often numbered from the reign of Huangdi. But at least three different years numbered 1 are now used by various scholars, making the year 20xx earor 4646.
